From sales on the floor to running sales online, one thing has stayed the same — Stephen knows how to make a big impact. Our Exchange Director, Edward, isn’t shy when it comes to hard work. His persistence and drive has moved him up quickly through the ranks. Starting as a Sales Associate, then Assistant Sales Manager, and is currently our Exchange Director. How did he accomplish all of this in a little over a year? He says the leaders at Vaughan Automotive pushed him to take on new and challenging opportunities daily. He was mentored by colleagues who wanted to see him succeed, and Edward had the passion to see it through!
Our New Car Sales Manager, Juan, shows tenacity like no other. In just a year and a half he has accepted 4 promotions. Going from a Sales Associate to an Assistant Sales Manager, then Finance Manager, and now New Car Sales Manager. Juan knows the importance of being a team player and a strong leader.
